My leg hurts from all the arses🤾‍♂️ I kick as a Leadership and Master Public Speaking 🎤Coach. During lock down I created a fool proof method to coach people worldwide to become the best possible public speaker 🎤they can be. Firstly I bring over forty years of experience as a professional broadcaster, 🎤🎭🎬performer, published writer 📖and general creative powerhouse. 💪Then add twelve years as an Equality and Diversity 🙏🏽expert for the WDA (Welsh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿Development Authority) working with Chief Executives developing company handbooks and policies in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿Welsh SME’s and finally the last thirteen years as a Leadership Coach (ILM level 7 equivalent) working at senior and board level.👩‍💻🧑🏽‍💻I am the author 📖of ‘Stand up and Sock it to them Sisters.Funny,Feisty Females’ (a deconstruction of the glass ceiling through the prism of my passion which is stand-up comedy) and I like nothing better than developing women to their full potential. I have instigated and co-written an anthem for Saint David the patron Saint of Wales. My pro-bono work is coaching a young man (Fidele Wabenga) who is running a creative project with young refugees in Kakuma Refugee Camp in Kenya.
