Bio

My name is Gaetano (Guy) Sottile and I dedicate my life to launching a revolution in personal and professional leadership.

I believe that everything on a personal and professional level rises or crashes on leadership.

In my life I have used all the tools at my disposal to demonstrate that each person is a leader, starting with his or her own life, and that there are systematic principles, not temporary methods, to develop the leader who resides in each one of us.

From host of television and radio programs, to founder of parliamentary and entrepreneurial initiatives to coach of famous soccer players, from consultant for successful start-ups to humanitarian initiatives in Italy and around the world, having taught in over 21 countries, I find that the real success of my life can be summed up in my personal motto of “Adding Value to Others.”

Since I can't give what I don't have, I define myself as a permanent apprentice eager to discover every day principles that allow me to live the life I have always wanted to live, not accepting it but leading it with intention and discipline!

Teaching is temporary but Growth is permanent!
