I have worked the floor as Sommelier at some of the top restaurants on the continent including Langdon Hall, Alo (#1 restaurant in Canada for the 3rd year running), Giulietta and Daniel (Daniel Boulud’s eponymous ** Michelin Star restaurant in Manhattan, NYC). I am certified with both the International Sommelier Guild and the Court of Master Sommeliers. I also hold the prestigious Diploma from the Wine & Spirits Trust in the UK, an organization he also teaches for. As well as a Certificate in Oenology & Viticulture from the University of Guelph, I also have certifications from the Society of Wine Educators, Vinitaly International Academy, and both Wines of Chile & Wines of Portugal!
All this aside, I’m constantly studying and learning about wine as you can never ‘master’ this all encompassing field :)
