Master the impulsive urge to eat. Eat only when hungry. Did you know majority of the time you don't eat because you're hungry but bored. Be so busy working on a particular goal(s) & you'll hardly think of consuming food...

3. Anger

Learn to control your emotions or they'll control you. Train your mind to remain stoic in spite of external circumstances. When emotions are high, logic is low, remain calm or you'll end up doing sh!t you'll regret...

4. Lust

Learn to control your sexual urges, failure to do will result in addiction to either sex or porn. In the books of old it is said "women have destroyed kings", the pursuit of pleasure from pussy will only result in brokeness, heartbreak & diseases...

5. Sloth

A man must sweat, he must eat what he worked for. Don't be a man who depends on handouts, strive to earn your living. And don't procrastinate, time waits for no one. Purpose, a man must have it, you're on this earth to fulfill it, take pride in fulfilling your role...

6. Envy

An envious man is a vessel of evil. A man must learn to celebrate his brother's achievements, for he knows the competition isn't against his fellow brother but the struggle that is life. Eliminate envious man from your circle, they're betrayals waiting to happen...

7. Greed

It is poison to the heart, before you know it, you'll be selling your soul/humanity for all that is vanity. It is what has led many men into a life of crime & rituals. Sure, a man must want to succeed but not at the cost of his humanity....
