Bio

In my professional life I facilitate digital workshops and courses for a union of Norwegian engineers (NITO). I especially enjoy teaching and exploring the Norwegian model of dialogue, and if and how it can be relevant in tackeling todays big issues, such as climate and equality, and in the future of work. I also enjoy a good discussion about the energy in a decent conflict.

I am passionate about exploring and developing engaging, digital teaching, without loosing the depth and magic of analogue learning.

A strong supporter of change-agent and alternative to violence methodology, I am at the Board for Quaker Service Norway, to support and secure peace-initiatives in Palestine/Israel and the Great Lakes-region.
