I coach parents towards inner healing in order to shift their parent -child relationships to a more harmonious and joyful state.

I work with students on academic areas (math, reading and fluency) and executive functioning skills using explicit, concrete and abstract tools including mindfulness and growth mindset.

I consult parents on school related issues such as curriculum, homework, learning goals, ADHD, dyslexia, and school transitions.

I guide in integrating the mind and the heart to heal the inner terrain so we can be our authentic selves and we can discontinue generational traumas.
I offer lessons and individual coaching sessions on zoom.
