Kerry Preston is an Executive Coach and Professional Facilitator. She has coached leaders and executives located in the Americas, Asia and Europe with an emphasis on personal leadership, executive presence, team performance and strategic business acceleration.
Connecting with people across the globe, Preston has worked with luxury brands, individuals, and businesses to help them reach their full potential. Preston began her career in the hospitality industry working in guest relations and sales. She then spent over 10 years with Unilever in Management Development, Sales and Global Marketing. She eventually used her expertise to run workshops and coaching for executive level clients in a wide variety of industries including: hospitality, manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, professional and financial services.
Preston believes that measurable success is the ROI for training and development.

Her ultimate goal is helping others become their best selves, whether it’s at work or in their personal lives. Kerry is a thought leader in the industry and is the author of the book titled, “Enhancing Your Executive Edge” published by McGraw-Hill.
A graduate of Rowan University and values serving in her community. Kerry is on the Board of Directors of Diva For A Day. She is a monthly Facilitator for Dress For Success Professional Women’s Group, and a religious education catechist. Kerry lives in Clinton, NJ with her husband, Tim and three sons. Preston is the youngest of nine siblings.
