Gretta Brooks is the founder and CEO of SalesBoost, LLC.

An entrepreneur at heart, Gretta launched SalesBoost’s revolutionary soft skill training platform in 2018, creating the only on-demand role-playing simulation solution with instant feedback and coaching for thousands of learners across the globe in industries from hospitality to higher education.

She is involved in crafting the company culture, investor relations and innovating future growth opportunities.

Gretta speaks on innovation, women in leadership and sales effectiveness and has earned numerous awards and distinctions in both hospitality and technology.

Her lifelong appreciation for solving workplace problems with innovative solutions led her to become an inventor with a patent for the Voice Analysis Training System.

Gretta serves on the board of the Cornell Center for Innovative Hospitality Labor and Employment Relations and the University of North Texas College of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism Advancement Board.

An avid fly fisher, she enjoys hiking the globe with her family.
