Promoting dynamic, positive, and influential leadership in high-pressure environments is what Greg and his wife, Amber, have devoted themselves to for the last thirty years. For over twenty years, Greg served as a lead pastor of a mostly military congregation in Southern California before he transitioned to full-time work in leadership development of military and law-enforcement personnel. In 1994, Greg founded Force Ministries, a non-profit organization, that uses mentoring relationships to help soldiers and their families grow as leaders and cope with the emotional leftovers of military combat. Greg has been actively involved as a pastor, counselor, mentor, and friend in a network of dynamic, caring individuals who have committed their lives to honorable service of their country. During the past two years Greg has traveled to Israel, Ukraine, Ferguson, and 7 other war and riots zones to help with disaster relief and mitigate tensions. This has given Greg the unique capacity to bring Christ to those who are traumatized by war and racial tension. In addition to Force Ministries, Greg is credentialed as a chaplain with a federal law enforcement agency.
Greg holds several post-graduate degrees including a Master's Degree in Theology and a Doctor of Ministry degree. Greg and Amber have been married for 37 years, and have five children and eight grandchildren. They currently reside in Nashville, Tennessee.
