Bio

I am an experienced Innovation Leader & Start-up Founder. I have worked with large global brands in healthcare, insurance, fitness and news. Deep experience leading global teams in delivering large scale digital innovation initiatives across platforms including mobile technologies.

I am also the Father of two (20 year old son and 17 year old daughter). My son is blind and has founded a non-profit to help other blind kids find adventure. He has rafted the Grand Canyon, he was the youngest Minnesotan to do a TED Talk, and he has completed a full Ironman. My daughter is heading off to college in the fall to study Astro-Physics. Together with my wife, we enjoy skiing, camping, hiking, and adventure.
