Hi! I am Lauren Blanchard Zalewski, founder and admin of the Facebook group “Attitude of Gratitude with Chronic Pain” as well as the host of the weekly live broadcast on FB Live & YouTube, “Gratefully Living The Chronic Life.”
My life‘s work and passion is to help others who struggle with chronic physical and/or emotional pain to no longer suffer. By changing the lens we look through, incorporating an attitude of gratitude is a game changer and can help us to live a fulfilling and meaningful life despite our struggles.
