Entrepreneur/philanthropist meets healer/yogi (soon to be real estate agent).

My greatest goal in life is to empower all those I come in contact with by helping them to know and feel their own innate wisdom and gifts so they can share it with the world around them.

Utilizing a variety of modalities involving breath, movement and sound to transform people from the physical and mental limitations rooted in scarcity and fear to abundance and love. These modalities include:

-Holotropic/clarity breathwork
-Somatic Respiratory Integration
-Osho inspired dynamic meditation
-Somatic experiencing
-Energy/Shamanic healing
-Yoga Nidra (hypnotherapy meets yoga)
-As well as other forms of yoga, meditation and intuitive eating/nutrition.

I believe the way we do anything is the way we do everything. Let’s rediscover our greatest gifts, together, so we can make this planet our own heaven on earth.
