My hope is that no one ever has to experience an abusive relationship…. Which is why much of my training DV seminars will focus on warning signs, grooming tactics and behaviours to explore further or steer clear of.

Over the years I have walked alongside clients providing them with that sacred space filled with genuine empathy, taking a non judgemental and open approach so that they can find their own solutions. Everyone has the resources and the solutions within, sometimes they just need someone to hold the lantern so their minds, hearts and guts are free to explore and discover their own amazing strengths 💕💕💕

A little about me …
🇮🇪 I’m Irish, from Dublin and living in Kildare. Married with 3 wonderful children 💞
I have worked in frontline Domestic Abuse Services since 2005 such as Helpline, Refuge, criminal, District & Family Courts of Law as a Coordinator, support worker and Trainer.
Volunteer and director in an Online Suicide Support Service for 8 years.
