Share with members that are looking to grow and create on levels surrounding mindfulness, culinary cooking, & storytelling as well as sharing and exchanging ideas with writers whether recreational or professional.

Continuing my journey living in the NOW with a willingness to provide grace in all situations.

A 22-year Air Force veteran, world traveled, lover of the arts from Picasso to Henry Ossawa Tanner, Beethoven is my music of choice when cleaning, yoga lover, freelancer, content creator, editor of all literary creations, poet, exercise enthusiast, nature lover, creature of meditation, spirit-girl, and home chef.
