Hi! I am President and Founder of The NewComm Global Group, Inc., a finalist for this year's Think Global Awards, and have more than 30 years of executive experience in Business-to-Business leadership roles, spanning four continents and specializing in Emerging Markets worldwide. My particular strengths include Global Markets Development/ Go-to-Market (GTM) and Global Leadership Development. My background features extensive experience across sectors with deep expertise in Enterprise SaaS/PaaS, Professional Services, Financial Services, Advisory Services and Executive Education 


Distinguished as an award-winning innovator, I have had the honor to help build and amplify the brands, programs and revenue streams of global leaders such as Cisco, IBM, Johnson & Johnson and select startups, with P&L responsibility.  My current focus is to help global leaders prepare for, navigate and leverage Global Business challenges, with the best of both status quo and breakthrough opportunities for optimal ROI.  Having formulated many strategic plans, I am also the architect of NewComm Global's E4L (Explore.Evaluate.Establish.Embed.Lead), BestPricing (sm) and Ecority Leader (sm) methodologies. I am also the producer-host of NewComm Global's webcast, "Staying Global While Staying Home" and "Global Business Minute" vlog (coming soon).


Background includes:


- 15 years of Advisory Board service, including Aerio Software, Impact Hub Zimbabwe and the Global Chamber.


- 30 years of professional association and non-profit Board experience, including the American Marketing Association, the CzechMate/St. Petersburg Business Book Drive program, Women in International Trade and the UN Association.


- 20 years as a Mentor for Women in Tech. Co-Founder of the GraceNet Mentoring Program and a longtime mentor, coach and advocate for the U.S. State Department's TechWomen international exchange program and the EBRD.


Recognized as a Women of Influence Honoree by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and an Ecosystems/Mentor delegate to the White House's 2017 Global Entrepreneurship Summit in India, I was also selected by the esteemed U.S. State Department’s Speaker Program to design and lead training programs in Malaysia, Brunei and Tunisia.


I hold a Bachelor's degree from the U.C. Berkeley and a Master's degree from St. Mary's College of CA. I'm an accredited facilitator in the Leadership Practices Inventory and the Hall-Tonna (Values) Inventory. I'm fluent in French sometimes!
