My mission in life is to help people learn to feed themselves real food thru education and support. I believe we are what we eat and the more we eat natural unprocessed foods the more energy we have to live our extraordinary lives! 🌈

I love cycling and have participated in the AIDSLifecycle ride 3 times. AidsLifecycle raises much needed funds for the SF AIDS Foundation and the LA LGBT Center. I can’t wait to participate again in 2022! It is truly a transformative 7 days of riding 🚴‍♀️from San Francisco to LA. 💖
