Bio

I am the Head of Early Stage Practice, EMEA at SVB where my focus is partnering with the most ambitious tech, healthcare and life science entrepreneurs on their growth journey (Seed to Series A) by providing banking, tools and access to help you reach your next round faster.

My background is I am chartered accountant with 15+ years of deal experience, and I have been involved in 150+ transactions in the PE and VC space, mainly with private emerging growth tech and tech enabled businesses looking to acquire, exit or raise Seed, Series A or B finance.

I previously founded and led the PwC Raise Ventures proposition and I was the subject matter expert and on the steering committee as part of PwC’s Future Fund team that helped set up the government’s £1.1bn scheme to support over 1,100 high growth businesses, as part of the Chancellor of the Exchequer’s response to COVID-19.

I also have significant experience of acting as a CFO, NED and Board Advisor, which has given me a deep understanding of a businesses' growth journey from inception, fundraising, scaling and the eventual exit.
