Waiter Crusaders is the restaurant world behind-the-scenes like you’ve never heard it before. Just when I think it’s all been said, I interview every type of waiter crusading towards a bigger dream of their own and I highlight the crazy stories they have to tell. From full-time servers, chefs, and sommeliers, to part-time stewards with full-time dreams – Waiter Crusaders serves it up and spills the tea all over the enchanted world of hospitality!

Waiter Crusaders exists to remind us all how much hospitality matters. I believe it's the heartbeat of any and every personal crusade.


About Glen Nadeau:
I have worked in restaurants for 20+ years – from small-town family eateries in rural Vermont to the upper crust restaurant districts of Southern California. My passion is connecting with people, and hospitality is at the core of my expertise. It's taught me everything I know about succeeding in business, thriving in life, and how important it is to be of service to others.

Hospitality has been at the heart of my diverse career. My experience in sales, marketing, event coordination, and customer service has engrained that true hospitality is an invaluable skill for anyone to have. I have a deep appreciation for the psychology of making people happy because it presents the opportunity for anyone to effectively and efficiently learn new skills with this inherent knowledge always at work.

I love happy hours, dinners out with my closest peeps – and drag queens, of course. I'm happily married to my own personal chef, indie musician, and creative director, Gregory Douglass.

The Waiter Crusaders podcast has been a longtime dream of mine to launch. And what better time to shine a light on the world of hospitality than during these strange, uncertain times in our beloved industry.
