Started yoga learning in 1971 and started free yoga teaching in 1983.
Worked as a senior health inspector.
Obtained my diploma in yoga course and
Conducted yoga camps since 1983.
More than 3lakhs people have learned free yoga.

From 18/3/2020 I have been conducting free online yoga classes(more than 5000 people)
Articles written in daily, weekly and monthly magazines.
I have been honoured many awards such as YOGARATNA ,YOGACHARYA etc.
Participated as a national and international refree.
