Born and raised in Montreal in a family originally from Montallegro, Sicily, I began my culinary journey at the young age of 12 years old when I started working in a bakery. At 19, I then started working in restaurant kitchens from Italy to New York, Toronto and Montreal where I currently reside with my family.
