♦️Live in downtown San Jose where there’s currently lots of housing going up including in Japan Town. COVID 19 has hit small businesses and restaurants hard and we’re in lock down. However, homes are selling like crazy and over asking price in many cases. Lots of buyers in the market. Things will turn around and life will be back to normal.
