❓Did you know only about 3% of people set career goals? Yes that’s why many people feel stuck in their roles couple years after a bee job. They never had any solid goals set.✅

❓Did you know only about 20% of jobs in the market are posted in the public domains? Yes honey... over 80% of lucrative jobs are NEVER posted and are only going in the HIDDEN JOB MARKET. ✅

So why do I care so much about black human capital development? That’s a good question to ask.

Right questions lead to right solutions.✅

You see as a professional black immigrant, I learned fast enough the magnitude of odds that were against me to succeed in corporate America.

🚫Being black, 🚫female, 🚫Millennial and 🚫immigrant (which is my superpower) was perceived as ‘detrimental’ to my success In Corporate America.

Hundred and thousands of people like me, gifted, educated, skilled, and hungry to make change end up stuck at the bottom while others thrive.

This has over time accumulated its effect impacting black economy in ways we aren’t willing to admit. By helping one person advance in their career, I am inevitably positioning this person to start building generational success and accumulate generational wealth one baby step at a time. So it’s beyond getting jobs... it’s changing the narrative.
