Bio

So let me get the bio stuff out. I’m an Executive Director of a community based affordable housing developer and I love building communities. In writing this bio, I realized that building has shown up as a core mission of my life. I’ve worked in the corporate arena as well. I’ll tell my full story another day. I’m also also a Certified Vision Board Coach, author, advocate, wife, mother, sister and friend. I’ve used every experience that I’ve lived to differentiate my approach when coaching. I’ve helped more than 1,000 people create vision. Now I want to coach and connect. I was fortunate to attend one of the last train the train trainer courses with Dr. Melanie Tervalon for Cultural Humilityand I’m interested to see how that blossoms in the work that I do.

Listen. Visionaries constantly generate ideas and it’s frustrating holding it in your mind. It weighs in your soul. I want to share the steps to releasing and birthing your vision. I want to dialogue about the process. Starting January 1, 2021 I’m going to walk you through the process with my own life. I’ll share my journey along the way on this all and others.
