50/50 Swedish&Finnish
25 yrs + in Japan.
Japanese wife and 2 kids, 15 and 17.
Background mainly in Sales/Retail and HR but with strong focus on startups.
Positive, optimistic and with a strong focus on inspiring and motivating teams and individuals as we try to solve impossible challenges and problems.
Interested in people, connecting, drilling deeper into issues which will help us grow and evolve.
Looking for rooms where we can freely talk and share about issues that are sometimes difficult to address, but aim to creat an environment where people can freely and openly share their feelings.
On a side note, I don’t mind if discussions get a bit crazy and bizarre at times, but the only rule is that we don’t judge/criticize or make our friends feel bad. Let’s respect each other, but you’re more than welcome to ask uncomfortable questions:)
