As an expat/repat who has lived on four continents and traveled to nearly fifty countries, I wrote Brave(ish): A Memoir of a Recovering Perfectionist to share my travel (mis)adventures … AND to help others learn to live their own lives.
I’m proud that the New York Times just published my Tiny Love Story … to have won two StorySLAMs with The Moth … and that Brave(ish) earned Silver in the Gilda Award: nominated memoirs are “distinguished by their fresh voices, their honesty, and their authenticity. They make us laugh (even when we want to cry.)”
