Cool Food @ World Resources Institute
OUR WORK: The Cool Food Pledge engages companies, universities, hospitals, and cities in reducing the climate impact of the food they serve by 25% by 2030. Members include IKEA, Nestlé, Harvard University, and the City of New York. In October 2020, we launched Cool Food Meals, an initiative that identifies and badges meals that are better for the planet and meet an environmental and nutritional threshold. Panera Bread was the first company to start using the badge, which will also be adopted by Aramark, Nestlé Professional, and Sweden-based burger chain MAX Burger in 2022.
