I am a Senior Executive in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Emergency and Business Continuity Management, with more than 20 years of experience in regional (Latin America and Canada, LaCan) and local positions at pharmaceutical and agrochemical multinational companies. I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge, building and leading successful, high-performing, customer-focused, and results oriented teams. ✍🏻

As a 'Never Stop Learning' advocate, I study every day. During the last 18 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I ran HSE in a production plant for ten years and then led the HSE professionals based in LaCan countries. Furthermore, I was part of HSE and Real Estate and Facility Services (REFS) leadership teams in the Americas Region. 🏭

In the last five years, I trained and supported all Leadership Team Members in Latin American countries to manage business emergencies and crises. ✈️

I implemented two Global Real Estate and Facility Services programs in the Latam region to externalize these services, including "HSE as a Service" the last time. 👔

Before that, I worked for more than four years in the Crop Protection industry, supporting local Technical Operations and business in HSE matters, mainly controlling Thirds Party production plants and warehouses and transportation companies in Argentina, Paraguay & Bolivia. 🏭

I have a strong academic background with a bachelor's degree in Hygiene, Safety, and Environment, and a post-graduation course in Strategic Management of Sustainable Development. 🎓

I was born in a small city in Argentina (Chivilcoy), but I'm based in Buenos Aires and traveling to all American countries and Europe almost half of the time. I'm open to a relocation somewhere around the world. 🌎
