We provide credit solutions and alternative asset management services in Spain to corporations, family-owned companies, individual and institutional investors.

Ondara is a certified real estate credit intermediary. Certification and supervision carried out by the The Bank of Spain. Ondara provides to clients and investors an access to a credit and real estate assets in Spain through the tailored credit solutions. Specializing in non-bank mortgage loans, Ondara is managing mortgage-backed private equity loans.

Ondara is investing and co-investing in real estate assets and early-stage technology-based Fintech and Proptech companies. In specific situations in companies, we apply for the right to co-invest alongside our clients in order to back our commitment in an advisor or board member role.
