Gerald Ong is a speaker, ACTA Certified Trainer, #IamRemarkable Facilitator & LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method Facilitator. He facilitates workshops to help individuals discover themselves and build teams together by playing with LEGO® bricks. He has over 3 years in Corporate Sales, providing products and services to B2B and B2C Clients

Since joining the Learning & Development Sector in 2017, he has been conducting training in the areas of Goal Setting, Design Thinking, Creativity & Innovation, Team Building and Self-Discovery. The largest team building event that he has facilitated for 100 pax to a Division within an Institute of Higher Learning.

He was grateful for the many opportunities to be featured on the Media. He was interviewed live at MONEY 89.3FM and contributed to podcasts and symposiums in his expertise of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) Method.

With a passion to share his experience, he is always ready to give his experience and provide coaching and consultancy services to his prospective clients. When one person is coached, the person will succeed in unveiling the imprints of his past to help him succeed in the future.

Gerald obtained his Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Murdoch University, Perth, Australia and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Singapore Polytechnic, Singapore. He is also certified extensively in vocational training locally and overseas, being accredited with Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) Certificate in Training & Assessment, Singapore & Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) Certificate IV in Training and Education by Australian-International in Workplace Training, Perth, Australia. He is also certified as a Points of You® Certified Explorer

Gerald is a passionate stock photographer and always enjoy socialising with his circle of friends to exchange new ideas and foster new collaborations. He is also an advocate of lifelong learning. Every day is a new learning experience
