* During 5+ years of proven and successful remotely communication with tens of clients and customers in the MENA, participating on IT management, tactical/operational decision-making and executing also support and motivate team members to achieve organization's goals, I had have equipped with every necessary knowledge aspects of how to be a support engineer and an Assistant IT Manger.

* A very important career shift of my life:
In 2011 and after I graduated my Earth Science BA, I started a crucial career switch to Information Technology as a Support Engineer, tester and QA. In 2020 I started my BA on Software Engineering In order to get a deep specialization on my career so that I can be more useful. I did this in side by side with an active employment status. In 2025 I will be most directed to the most amusing specialization -Quality Assurance- after graduation in the interest of apply my learning practically.

خلال ثلاث سنوات من التواصل المباشر مع العملاء في الشرق الأوسط عن بعد من مكان عملي بالخرطوم، إدراة الفرق والمشاركة في صنع القرار وابداء الإقتراحات وتقديم الحلول للإدارات العليا، تمنكت من التسلح بكافة المعرفة الضرورية للعمل كموظف للدعم الفني وكمساعد مدير تقنية. أيضاً ساعدت في إدارة وتحفيز الكادر البشري لتحقيق أهداف المنشأة التي أعمل بها.


في عام 2011 بعد تخرجي في كلية علوم اﻷرض قمت بعمل تحويل لمجال عملي إلى مجال تقنية المعلومات في عام 2018 كموظف دعم فني وفاحص وضابط جودة برمجيات، وفي 2020 قمت بالتسجيل في بكلاريوس هندسة البرمجيات قصداً للتخصص في المجال وتملك كل أدوات مهنة فحص البرمجيات وذلك مع استمراري لمزوالة عملي جنباً إلى جنب مع الدراسة.
خلال 2025 أتجه ﻹحتراف المهنة بعد إكمال الدراسة النظرية اﻷساسية لتطبيقها بشكل عملي وعلمي.
