I was branding & managing corporate/vacation/retreat residential experiences aggressively for last 7 years. It’s not something I’m moving forward with in 2021 and am shifting focus (tired of fighting Airbnb, working the gray areas of short term housing etc.).

Now seeking Commercially zoned, licensed AND distressed Hospitality/hotel/motel spaces. Especially 1-2 star rated venues that need what I do.

Extensive life background. I work very hard whenever interested in something.
