Bio

I'm a curious, somewhat optimistic and determined person with an ongoing desire to have a better understanding of what is.

Always feeling called for deeper connection, between myself and others, but also urged to see better connection between others and others. I host connection circles every 3rd Wednesday in Cape Town, South Africa, where I live.

Hiking, dancing and rock climbing are some of the activities I include in my schedule most regularly. I also fly hang gliders when the weather is good, play frisbee on the beach or have a go at observing my competitiveness while playing good boardgames.

Over the last few years I've been putting my best efforts into starting up my business, Vivo Kaj Lumo (which means Life and Light), with intention to introduce more plants in indoor urban spaces.
