I am a mother of 4 children (three boys, 7, 5 and 3 and one girl, 5).

NATA公認Athletic Triningの資格取得
アメリカの現場で働き
Advance yoga instructorの資格
スタンフォード大学でヨガの講師
として教えていました。基本は育児の毎日ですが2021年にアメリカの男子器械体操の審判の資格を取り2022年から週末はたまに審判しに行っています。私自身もジュニア時代は体操選手でした。私の父は某R高校の体操の監督を50年以上してました。なので私の生活はどっぷりと体操でした。日本(京都)からカリフォルニア(シリコンバレー)に移って27年。気が付いたら住み着いている😅🇯🇵🇺🇸ヒョコッと覗きに行きます。

I graduated from San Jose State University Undergrad and Graduate, in Kinesiology, Athletic Training.
I am a certified athletic trainer (ATC) and a Yoga instructor. I worked at high school, college, professional sport teams and national events as an ATC and taught yoga at Stanford University.
My new journey from 2022 is that I became a certified USA Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Judge, and I’ve started judging some weekends. I was a gymnast myself and my dad was head coach for 50 plus years in Japan. My life has been all about gymnastics.
I moved from Kyoto, Japan and have been living in the Bay Area for 27 years.
