I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am on a journey of healing to open my heart to the vast possibilities in my life.
I am venturing to open my private practice to spread my knowledge through life experience and experience in mental health.
I have worked with children in schools, individuals, families, incarcerated individuals, and in psychiatric facilities with individuals with severe mental health.
With my knowledge and experience I am on a journey to find peace within my soul to live an abundant life.
I want to spread the love in hopes I can reach even one person in the complicated world we live in.
Always growing to my altruistic self to become whole. Shedding light within my soul. Leave the chaos behind and be able to be open to SEE!
Traveling the world to find the energies I have been so sheltered from. Learning from people and their insights around the world.
I truly believe in energy transference. Laws of attraction. Positivity is powerful and can change you’re entire world.
I am not defined by my career nor my mental health. I live with severe anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and depression. I have recently had symptoms so severe it was crippling. I opened my heart and soul to the possibility of being vulnerable to heal. All of the tools I had did not work and now I am open to finding more tools to add to my tool belt!
