Background in law, business (LLB & BBusMan), then film school + philosophy studies 📖

🌱 Co-founded Scandinavia Standard in 2013, an English-language publishing platform that connects Scandiphiles with the best in Scandinavian design, fashion, culture, interiors, architecture, food, and events in Denmark 🇩🇰 Sweden 🇸🇪 Norway 🇳🇴 Iceland 🇮🇸 and Finland 🇫🇮

✨ Everything we produce must be useful, beautiful, inclusive and as sustainable as possible. We believe that good business practices can build a better world, and we thread this belief through everything we do. Is it possible for a media platform to create a profitable business model that has an ethical framework? Unfortunately the evidence in the industry suggests otherwise! We want to show people (and ourselves!) what’s possible as a media company.

🍄 On the surface, we are an editorial website with social channels and a travel app. We create native advertising campaigns for select brands and also host events. 8M+ impressions / month across all platforms.

🧠 Behind the scenes, we’re a creative agency, formulate branding, marketing and strategic plans for Scandi and foreign brands, co-designing products, along with copywriting, photography, SEO, and social media services.
