Formerly based in NYC and originally from Israel. I’ve been performing and recording internationally as an improvising violinist collaborating with musicians in the genres of jazz, rock, Malian music, Tigrinyan music and Indian music.

My project “Ima Express” takes the guitar driven West-African Sebene music and incorporates it in my jazz influenced compositions.

Winner of the America-Israel Cultural Foundation grant and 3rd prize winner of the international Seifert Competition for jazz violin.
