- You cannot change the other one. Only how you deal and communicate with the other yourself.
- You’re always responsible for what you feel and for the fulfilment of your needs.
- The meaning of your communication is not what you as a sender intend, but what the other person as a receiver understands.
- Your model of the world is not how the world IS.
- You get a connection if you first want to understand the other and only then want to be understood.
- Everything you pay attention to grows.

The stronger your ego, the more likely you believe that other people are the main source of the problems in your life.
