I like to get my hands dirty with crystal clear plans and strategic goals. I’m German, so it’s a genetic thing, but I also bossed it as a Project and Change Manager for global players like Starbucks, Unilever and Mercedes for over 15 years.

I hate waste – of time, energy and ideas – and believe the key to entrepreneurial success is focusing on your lifestyle first and working backwards. I’m a bit of a maverick, like that. The rulebook? It isn’t for me.
