About Frank Astorga:
Currently enrolled in the Management development program in the Coppel Group Marketing department, also volunteering as UX and digital marketing Mentor at Endeavor.
Frank focuses, among other things, on making things happen through memorable experiences for both his employees and end users, which translates into guaranteeing the business objectives.
In his previous experience, Francisco was Head of UX / CX & Performance Marketing in the Coppel Group Omnichannel department. Before that, he was founder & president of the User Experience Professionals’ Association (UXPA) in Mexico; also working at ClickBalance as eCommerce Manager (User eXperience (UX) & eMarketing) as well as Telemarketing Manager.
Francisco has been also collaborating as UX and Marketing Mentor at Google Launchpad Mexico, also coordinating UX Nights Culiacan.
He is a User Experience Master Certified (UMC) specialist with a user research specialty; he has a Master degree in e-Commerce, Business and Information Technologies as well as a Master degree in Computer Science and Information Technology with specialty in distributed, multimedia, and secure systems from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain.
His research interests mainly focus on topics such as eCommerce, UX, EX, digital marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Web accessibility, social integration by means of computer science technology, multicultural studies, education and technology, among others...
