Self discipline is not evangelical (based on short term results) - successful results are not dependent on external hype, it is developed overtime through habits that become patterns and choices we make that are our lives.

This leads us to understanding, that maybe we need to 💫forgive ourselves 💫for certain choices we make that lead us to where we are, or where we might not want to be. Owning our issues, admitting we need to learn to grow is how we start to heal. And healing is 🔑key to growing and becoming a much better person and finding the💖💗 🧡 love we desparately seek.
