👋 Hey - I’m one of those annoying people who gets up at 5am to catch the sunrise ☀️. Eurgh gross.

⚡️ I have diagnosed ADHD and have spent the last few years talking about my mental health on Instagram, podcasts, and the radio helping other people get a grip on theirs.

☠️ I’m full of flaws, but fiercely driven.

🤯 TERRIFIED of failure and struggle to show my emotions.

🤝 Connecting with other flawed, interesting people gives me strength.

🥇 I’ve beaten alcoholism and suicidal depression.

💪🏼 I’m 400+ days sober and the strongest I’ve ever felt all my life.

🙏 Nowadays, I speak less and listen more, although I’m easily distracted.
