I was born in the Caribbean (happy dance) and divide my time between the cities of Port of Spain and New York City.

I’m the Chief Content Inspirer at Forward Forty and Simplify, 2 modern day digital and content agencies.

I deeply believe in the power of a good story to inform and inspire, relate and connect, emote and leave a lasting impact.

My deepest belief is that a story must have a unique identity, create positive affinity and compel consumers to take action. This is the eternal challenge of marketing and I have made this kind of storytelling one of my life's greatest mission, both in PR and now in digital.

A great deal of my professional life was spent in strategic PR and I've worked with several global brands: Petro Canada, Centrica Energy, Microsoft, Samsung etc.

💡🎥I'm also a former award-winning television journalist.

I spend a lot of my time reading, writing, creating, and producing bespoke digital content and products. I lead a successful social media content studio and produce (alongside my widely creative team) digital stories and visual content for brands transitioning into the digital space.
