I’m a UK based forager & wild food cook. I founded Forage Fine Foods in 2011 - a tiny wild food provisions business making food from edibles in the Black Mountains. My first book ‘Forage’ is released by Laurence King Publishing around the world on 18th March 2021.
Before I became a forager I worked on projects promoting inclusion of older people in society (still my bag - now just a bit wilder )
