Hi there -- and pleased to meet you :)

CURRENTLY: I am gaining technical skills in the realm of GIS, and particularly interested in conservation, climate mitigation/adaptation, disaster risk management, and adapting cities to climate change

Supporter of the SDGS and applying for graduate schools to continue my research this year!! (Wish me luck ☘️)

EDUCATION:
- Bachelors in Sustainability Studies and Geography with a concentration in Natural Resource Management.
- Professional Certificate in GIS from ACC

PAST WORK:
- Global Electromobility Analyst for WRI (World Resources Institute)
- City of Austin COVID-19 Recovery Coordinator

PRESENT WORK:
-GIS Intern at TNRIS under the Texas Water Development Board working on Historical imagery, Lakes of Texas project, and NAIP
- Working with Austin Public Health to distribute vaccines!!

BIO:

A variety of personal and professional experiences in the realm of Sustainability have shaped me into a tenacious and passionate environmental professional. These include dedication and deep involvement towards geotechnical and environmental chemistry research, leadership in the development of sustainably-conscious policy, and continual community engagement and education through local non-profits.

I hold a deep-rooted passion for nature, society, and environmental governance, and it is important to me that my professional experience reflects this. After continuing my work in the field of alternative energy and sustainable solutions, I will be seeking interdisciplinary postgraduate programs that focus on the global challenge of natural resource security and future sustainable development.

It is my personal mission to eliminate transnational human sacrifice zones in the global south, and maximize the conservation of our most biodiverse ecosystems.
