Influenced at an early age with Real Estate by watching his Mother invest in rental properties, then later in life I began my career in Real Estate Investing after attending a Fortune Builders seminar in 2013. As many real estate investors do, I started off wholesaling real estate and then ultimately turned this activity into my niche. I founded my company Welcome Home Equities LLC in 2014 with the objective of Real Estate Development and the revitalization of my hometown, Detroit, MI.

To date I have done hundreds of wholesale transactions, acquire a rental portfolio and Coach and Mentor students all over the country on how to virtually wholesale Real Estate.
