He currently owns and operates the successful real estate investing firm, Rest Ashored Homebuyers. Phil also coaches students in real estate investing strategies. As a father of three, he's passionate about being a great dad and volunteers his time to the "Nurturing Dad's Initiative" in North Port. He was recently featured in the Sun newspaper for his role in the program. As a licensed Realtor with La Rosa Realty, Phil currently helps buyers relocating from the northeast to Florida. His team of experts handles everything in the relocation process from start to finish. Phil is also a licensed Notary Public and offers mobile Notary services.
