I am a ex hotelier now following her passion for fitness and following her dream to help others become healthy by adapting healthy lifestyle changes. I love Yoga …I started my fitness journey in 2015 from loosing 26 kgs of weight and fighting all odds to body shaming and now becoming a yoga trainer it’s hell lot of a journey.I am here on Club house to spread awareness about good health and some serious fun 🤩
