At my core, I’m passionate about humans thriving through practicing emotional intellligence, neuroscience based strategies and contemplative practices. I’m driven by the certainty that every living being deserves to enjoy love, joy and inclusion.

So I go on my hectic day, learning, caring, mentoring, facilitating and connecting with hearts alike to spread out emotional intelligence in the Latin American region ( and anywhere possible) in my role of Regional Director for Six Seconds LATAM., the largest emotional community network in over 174 countries ( and counting). We are exponentially growing and opening new opportunities in LATAM with courses, new certifications and assessments - fully in Spanish, and some in Brazilian Portuguese 🇧🇷
