I started FTCC after experiencing the byzantine healthcare system when I as a nurse in the patient role struggled! I could not imagine how this could impact someone without medical knowledge. I thought about my elder grandparents who were not English speaking and going through this. They would be lost! Most of us would be. We would be overwhelmed and not know what questions to ask and why. During my experience, I found my spark and motivation to meet my health goals and since have committed myself to helping people find their spark!

I’m here to have those uncomfortable discussions that we all need and can talk through in order to truly grow in mindset, self health awareness, and well-being promotion.

I have the clinical skill set, experience, and passion - I just need another bright mind to work with to make the service visible to HR/Health benefit service decision-makers, in order to make an impact in the healthcare space.
