I'm on a mission to advance patient and medical education, research and advocacy for Fibromyalgia! I have a love for science, medicine, and technology, and bring into my work.

For health coaching, I specialize in working with Fibromyalgia, Long COVID, Autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and brain health.

The Support Fibromyalgia Network is a for impact nonprofit organization established in 2017. We are grass-roots and close to our community leaders. Our services include patient education, Functional Medicine health coaching, medical education with the launch of an ECHO Fibromyalgia through Project ECHO, advocacy training, and research. We successfully launched Fibromyalgia Advocacy Day in 2019, working on ESRI and GIS maps, and partnering to address food insecurity.
